Task: To position the resort as a year-round destination, marshal all communication flows, and provide information support.
Action: M&P developed a communications programme and implementation tools (including PR, marketing, and advertising tools); developed the public legend, mission, corporate values, and key messages (communications matrix), implemented the communications programme, provided advisory support, and managed a series of events to celebrate the start of season and the launch of the spa complex (news conference, press tour, social event).
Results: Successful start of the season; efficient media relations function; better awareness of media relations about the Company’s current activities and plans.
