Task: Communications support for the 1st International Nanotechnology Forum (December 3-5, 2008) and wide coverage of the forum events.

Action: A comprehensive Actions to arrangement and coverage of the Forum events, including development and launch of an announcement campaign, preparation and holding of press events (press conferences, briefings, and tours), meetings with journalists, and follow-up activities. M&P developed the Forum legend, prepared information and reference materials, key messages for media, and organised the work of the Forum’s Press Centre on a turnkey basis. The Press Centre included fully operational studios for Vesti 24 channel and Business&FM. The Forum events were covered by 320 journalists from over 120 international and Russian media (general, business, and specialised).

Results: Complete and adequate coverage of the Forum by Russian and international media (over 1,200 reports). Mikhailov and Partners’ work was highly appreciated by the Client.
