Task: Management and communication support of Veliky Novgorod’s 1150th anniversary celebration.

Action: Mikhailov & Partners developed and implemented a creative concept for the three-day celebration, including such high-profile ceremonies as Bell Consecration, which was attended by President Medvedev, as well as the opening and closing ceremonies on the Saint Sophia Cathedral square.

Results: A laser and fireworks show on the river Volkhov attracted more than 50,000 people and more than 250 reporters. The anniversary celebration was widely covered by leading domestic and international media.
