Russian economy is still unstable (hopefully, for the time being) and this is confirmed by international experts who had already recognized Russia as a market economy. It would be too early to say we have the middle class, especially outside Moscow and St Petersburg, but nevertheless people’s incomes are growing albeit slowly. This means domestic market becomes more and more attractive for emerging businesses.


1 November 2002 The crisis situations are predictable

Nowadays a real bacchanalia started, related to what the journalists should and shouldn’t do. What is allowed for them and what is not. Meanwhile, it is often forgotten that the normal behavior of journalists during a crisis is possible only then when the crisis situation in shaped in advance. In every more or less serious commercial company the crisis situations are being predicted and shaped in advance. In the oil branch — it is the oil leakages. In aviation — the airplanes’ accident. In finances — the stock markets’ convulsions. Therefore, the priority objective is not the implementation of the recommendations, but the common thinking. If we may say — a brainstorm. Its’ task is to turn the governmental demands towards the mass-media into a serious, acceptable for the sides document, for elaborating crisis situation models. So that the authorities, the clerks, the journalists etc. would finally precisely understand where their place is.


1 October 2002 Contemporary communication phenomenon

In the last years, the word combination «company communication» strengthened within our professional language. It is being used in different contexts, but in all the cases it means a modern and a more systemic approach towards the advertising, design and marketing tasks solving. Nowadays there is no doubt about the fact that the modern communication is an essential new phenomenon, creating new values, changing technologies, products configurations, systems of work with the clients.
